The National Adoption
Center ( NAC ) welcomes you! Since 1972, the Center has helped to
find adoptive families for more than 21,000 U.S. children.
Most children
waiting to be adopted are school-aged or in a sibling group that
needs to stay together. Many have emotional disabilities; others
have physical, mental or developmental disabilities. All need the
love of a permanent family.
You can use
this site in many ways. Learn how
to adopt a waiting child or teenager. Research adoption information
in our resource
library. Order adoption books
through our adoption bookstore.
You may want
to introduce your children to the Adoption
Clubhouse, a unique website where children can learn about and
express their thoughts about adoption.
We especially
invite you to see photolistings and read descriptions of some of
the 115,000 waiting children
around the country. You can also make a donation
online.
And if this
site is helpful to you in creating your family, be sure to contact
us and share your good news.
Read our Annual
Report.
Please note
that your use of the Center's websites is subject to our Terms
& Conditions.

Use "NAC Search"
to find almost any adoption topic: (e.g. Try the search terms: "adoption",
"adoption process", "adoption law", "adoption
information", etc.):
